GROUP THERAPY
These are not processing, accountability, coaching, support, or talk therapy groups. Although those things happen within the group journey, the groups I create with clients are experiential in nature.
Experiential therapy is where our emotional state is not just talked about but put into motion. You will experience your emotions and be able to feel, challenge, move through, and regulate them in the safety and support of group.

Workshops/Intensives

Intensives
Individual, Couples, or Family Intensives
Individual, couples and family intensives give you a tailored experience that creates space for you to deeply connect to your story as it has been, as it is now, and as you’d like it to be. Using unique experiential exercises, you venture into a depth of vulnerability that cannot occur in a weekly talk therapy situation. As you identify the pain, patterns and issues that may be hindering you, intensives cultivate a space for true healing.
Intensives at our ranch near Bryce Canyon, Utah, run for either three or four days. Cost ranges from $6,500-$10,500 depending on how many of you attend and which guide and accommodations you choose. The price includes 6-8 hours/day of therapy, lodging at our pristine modern ranch, gourmet food freshly prepared by our on-site caterer, and activities such as a tour of Bryce Canyon National Park, campfires by the creek, paintball, and Razor rides.

Group intensives
Trauma work and healing is a multi-dimensional process. Because the most painful trauma often occurs within relationships, group workshops provide a unique healing experience that is only possible in a group setting. Currently, group workshops are being provided through Accepted Workshops with two amazingly trained and trauma-informed therapists, James Willhite and Steven Shields.
Group Intensives are held at City Limits Ranch near Bryce, Utah and in Honolulu, Hawaii. They are 5.5 days, range from $4,500 to $6,500 (depending on which accommodations you choose) and include all lodging, food, and activities.
Workshops
We host 3-day “HOPE” workshops that meet for 4 hours a day to help individuals and couples working to overcome trauma, betrayal, and addiction as well as how to establish healthy boundaries to get their needs met. Click below to Learn more and register.

- Outcome:Profound insights, clarity, and a plan for continued healing after the intensive.
Workshop

- Format:Larger groups, often more structured and instructional.
- Participants:Open to a wider audience, including people looking for self-improvement or professional development rather than intense personal healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between your group therapy and intensive workshops?
Group therapy typically meets weekly or bi-weekly for ongoing support and skill-building in a shared setting. Intensive workshops are structured around a specific theme and occur over a condensed period (e.g., a weekend), allowing for rapid, focused work and greater depth in a short time.
I'm nervous about starting therapy. What can I expect in the first session?
The duration depends on your individual goals and pace of progress. Some clients require just a few sessions to target a specific area, while others choose ongoing coaching for continued growth. It's essential to discuss what feels right for you at the outset and reassess periodically with your coach.
Which therapy format is right for me?
The best fit depends on your unique goals and circumstances. Individual therapy offers focused one-on-one exploration, while group therapy provides peer support and shared experiences. Couples therapy helps improve relationship dynamics, and intensive workshops facilitate faster-paced change. Consider scheduling a consultation to discuss which option best suits your needs.
How do I know if I'm ready for Therapy?
If you have a strong desire for change, are willing to be introspective, and are ready to take steps towards your goals, therapy can be incredibly beneficial. You don't need to have all the answers; a skilled therapist will help you unlock them.
